Is the app compatible with Apple/Android?
Our application is available on Google play and Apple store. it is compatible with all mobile phones.
Is it a paid application ?
Each test is valued at a single price of $29, you can find it indefinitely thanks to the QR code.
Payment is made via the store, when we are certain that we have carried out the complete test.
Does the app work with all electric vehicles?
The application is offered today for the best-selling electric & plug-in hybrid vehicles. The list will be enriched over time to include all manufacturers. As soon as your vehicle is identified with its registration, you will be informed if it is not yet compatible.
Can I obtain the certificate without downloading the application?
It is essential to download the application from the Apple or Android stores to obtain the test of your battery.

How long is the certificate valid?
The certificate is valid indefinitely and can be consulted at any time on the application or using its QR code. On the other hand, it is recommended to obtain an updated test every 6 months or 40,000 miles, to check the wear of the battery pack.
